Australia, the reigning ICC Test Championship winners, have taken over the top spot from India in the ICC Test Rankings. Led by Pat Cummins, Australia now holds 124 points, while India, in second place, has 120 points in the latest ICC Men’s Test Team rankings. England, positioned third, is a significant 19 points behind the leaders.

India Slipped to 2nd in latest ICC Men’s Test Rankings
The International Cricket Council (ICC) updated the test rankings on Friday and India and Australia were the only team changing positions. Before the latest updates took place, the Men In Blue were placed at the top, followed by Australia at the 2nd. But the two rivals have now exchanged positions, and it’s the reigning ICC Test Championship Winners who are the best Test team in the world at the moment.

Following India and Australia in the ICC Men’s Test Rankings, England holds the third spot with 105 points, while South Africa is at 4th with 103 points. New Zealand occupies the 5th position with 96 points, followed by Pakistan at 6th with 89 points and Sri Lanka at 7th with 83 points.
West Indies, Bangladesh, Zimbabwe, Ireland, and Afghanistan complete the rest of the rankings.
Best Teams In ODIs and T20Is
India might have lost the first spot in Test rankings, but they remain the best team in the ODIs and T20Is. The Men In Blue are ranked first in both white-ball formats.
The two-time ODI World Cup champions have 122 points, while 2nd placed Australia have 116 points, followed by South Africa (112) at 3rd, Pakistan (106) at 4th and New Zealand (101) at 5th.
In T20Is, India are 1st with 264 points, followed by Australia at 2nd who have 257 points. England, South Africa and New Zealand round off the top-five Men’s T20I Teams in the world.
