Team India’s Squad for T20 World Cup 2024
BCCI has announced a 15-man squad for the T20 World Cup. As expected, Rohit Sharma has been appointed as the captain, with Hardik Pandya serving as vice-captain.
The squad came with some surprises. KL Rahul was notably overlooked for the World Cup, and only three pacers – Jasprit Bumrah, Arshdeep Singh, and Mohammed Siraj – made it into the squad
India opted for a spinner-dominated lineup, including the likes of Ravindra Jadeja, Axar Patel, Kuldeep Yadav, and Yuzvendra Chahal, all of whom were named in the squad.
